Rohit Gupta , Motivational Speaker, Blogger, Film Maker, Serial Entrepreneur working on a is a Human Being with Engineering Degree ( no mark sheet only which says he has completed 8 semesters of Chemical Engineering) . His life has been raised from a lower middle class family in Agra, ( City of Taj Mahal) and reached by the time of writing about him to Bollywood , India . He is obviously a person who believes in journey than goal . The Like Minded people would like him , some may not agree . He started his career with working as a partner in an IT Company in Noida, India , thats where he learnt lot of things about Websites and IT thing and during this time he was still studying Chemical Engineering . After passing his Engineering , he left this company because it was not pursued with core values. He came back to Agra his native town and he started working as a free lancer website developer . As a Freelancer web developer he worked for various customers who didnt had a clue on websites , he motivated them along with his partners like Mr Amit Sharma .
He started his own Company 'India Outsources' with a seed capital investment of USD 50 in Year 2003. This was still a big amount, he started from his home and started working on the same. With no knowledge of Laws and Taxes and the severe amount of pressure from his family to start working on a Job as others are doing , he pursued his career in the Entrepreneurship in the city of Taj and into IT . The City Agra was not the opportunity place for any entrepreneur , but his roots and his affinity to bring changes , he strived hard along with this team to keep working in IT . His efforts didnt need any validations and never he wanted to get the external validations , but he kept moving
At the time of writing the Company has crossed revenue of year 2005 to Year 2015 to over 10 years approx USD 7 Million . He is known for his Core Values like ' Integrity , Responsibility , Role Model and Open Mindedness' . Working with the customers who needs these core values and alliances with Japanese Technologies , he made sure to make his customers happy . Never so far you would find him getting any award. In his word from Linked in " I dont think I deserver any award , never got one ,. but what keeps moving is the satisfaction of making somebody smile'
Running Successfully IT company, he decided to pursue his passion and enter into film making.
