Today is the day , all being said ' Plans, Goals, Future vision , all management theories but all come to a dead end , YES DEAD END if you don’t put your obligations of today on today only . Isnt it a common saying what you expect today would only happen if what is being done today . So when something is expected to be done tomorrow do you expect the result today . NO ! Such situations always make us feel that I might be tired if we put lot many things in a day . Yes that’s where you may need a bit of time management . Find unlimited books which can suggest you various methods of managing your day . Don’t push yourself until a certain level . For me , I plan a day before hand , but most important thing is possible or a fuel to propel your day is your daily run , exercise , yoga & meditation without which it would be practically difficult to do many things . So the first and the most important is get your body aligned and your mind aligned
