Today is the Day


Today is the day , all being said 'Plans, Goals, Future vision , all management theories but all come to a dead end , YES DEAD END if you don’t put your obligations of today on today only .



Isnt it a common saying what you expect today would only happen if what is being done today . So when something is expected to be done tomorrow do you expect the result today . NO !

Such situations always make us feel  that I might be tired if we put lot many things in a day . Yes that’s where you may need a bit of time management  . 

Find unlimited books which can suggest you various methods of managing your day

Don’t push yourself until a certain level .

For me , I plan a day before hand , but most important thing is possible or a fuel to propel your day is your daily run , exercise , yoga  & meditation without which it would be practically difficult to do many things
So the first and the most important is get your body aligned and your mind aligned .

Its like putting your boat on the stream , tuning your Engines and Testing . Trust me with all this being done your Engines your boat would move as if downstream or with the stream of the day . There would be no emergencies  . You would always be motivated to complete your goals efficiently

A day planning before hand is needed before . Expect your day to be the best of the days . Some says its your last day and second thought is you will live for ever . So incase its your last day you may not like to do some regular work , but suppose if you have to do the work which was suppose to be done for the last day and you try to achieve all things in this day .

Use some of your subconscious things may be a little imagination of emotions on a completion of task and then time your tasks .
Its not necessary you may meet up your time , but you would meet atleast 20 % initially and can go upto 80 % of your task meeting your time . The Good thing in all this is you will never feel you are being panicked or pushed into . The external demands can be prioritise based on your decision makng which is what you will get once you do a 10 minute meditation to 30 minutes yoga

I am of the opinion is if you find the right way of working with you , you never would feel lazy , procrastinate . You need to know what pumps you  , you need to know what makes you excited for doing something . I can write several things like Emotions like Love , Sex , Desire , Power , Money motivates or provides you the kick , but for some people emotions like peace and calm also gives them the kick . How can you define that what kind of person you are ?

What one thing I need to do now , after doing which others thing may become un-necessary or very easy. Its that easy , I heard this one and thought this was one of the most easiest statement ever made to achieve anything in life . But theres a catch , the one thing which needs to be done , which means how to decide which one thing is there would you need to do and how would you able to decide or judge that particular thing which needs to be done .
